Excellent staff, very helpful and catered to our needs.
Breakfast was also excellent. Spa staff and the massage is highly recommended.
Swimming pool was peaceful, good temperature and we spent half a morning there.
The hotel is off a main road therefore it’s noisy, ear plugs are provided. You will face this issue in most hotels in central ubud due to the heavy congestion and traffic.

Fantastic!! A genuin oas in middle of all hectic outside wich is not noticable. The staff is so kind and helpful. I think as a guest you realitet feel the positive energi in the garden wich is amazing. Brekfast at balcony, the rooms and beds. I felt relaxed there! Thank you all!

The staff were just the best - they felt like family and the space was like this stunning sanctuary the hustle and bustle of ubud and then back here felt like heaven.

Close to main street, nice and polite staff, quiet from busy road
Please do not believe positive review. I don’t know how come this hotel has high rating. All these pictures are different in real. Dirty and old dated bathroom. Brown stains and strange smell in towels and doors not opening and closing well. Have to find staff and most of time no one is at reception although they are friendly and helpful.
