Staff were very friendly and helpful. Good value room cost and very close the the golf club whete we attended a family party ( less than 5 mins walk) via underpass
I had earplugs in so it didn't bother me, but punters in the pub were singing karaoke till gone midnight which kept others awake.
If you will struggle with very narrow, steep stairs, ensure to request not to be in Room 1 to 6. as

Really friendly place. The staff were lovely and the pub had a great atmosphere with lots of friendly locals. Lovely position by the river.
The rooms were perfect for a great value stay. It is literally less than 5 mins walk to the Spalding golf club where we werre attending a family birthday party. Perfect location.
