The small hostel is exactly what you would've expect, so no worries on your experience. The rooms are spacious enough, the beds are comfy. The staff keeps a close eye on the cleanliness, the toilets were clean at all times (yet have in mind that there are guest who leave a mess behind themselves).
The owner is a super friendly guy who shared many insights on Kranjska Gora as a region.
I would definitely come back to this hostel again.

I made a trip to the Julian Alps and on my way there and back I stayed in Cukrarna Guest Accommodation. The location is fantastic as it is conveniently located towards the mountains. The guesthouse is clean and maintained with care. The host is extremely kind and helped me a lot while my luggage was lost from the airport.
It was a bit difficult to get a taxi from the airport when I arrived around midnight since the taxis don't want to go to Kranj so it would be better to prebook the ride if you're arriving late. The guesthouse arranges this for you, but I was too confident there will be taxi at night and didn't accept their offer :-)

Good bed, alright shower, there was no need for air con, the window was open all night and no bugs or mosquitos. Large lockers.
The room was nice and clean but the common area and kitchen need love. Like tables could be wiped. There were (the same) dead flies on the windowsills downstairs all 3 days I was there. It was literally the first thing I noticed and can’t believe the cleaning staff was just passing by it 30 times a day and didn’t bother.
