Location, very clean, good service and staff, a lot of places to eat close by with a car or by foot
No elevator, breakfast could be better, laundry service needs more rules and monitoring so that guest do not leave their already washed clothes in the machine for hours, while others are waiting. Also 1 or 2 small baskets would be nice for use in the laundry room.
