We liked everything about this lovely Rokan. Our room was very spacious and we enjoyed sitting on the balcony outside our room overlooking the beautiful Japanese garden and watching the carp swimming around. The futons were surprisingly comfortable too! The onsen was a great experience; large, clean changing rooms well equipped with hairdryers and toiletries. The onsen itself was great, comprising a large main pool, a plunge pool and an outdoor pool which was a lovely place to do a bit of stargazing. All in all it was an excellent experience and I would recommend it highly.
The toilet in our room was very small indeed and the bathroom could do with a bit of an upgrade but otherwise everything was fine.
