Side is a nice holiday destination. The hotel is a 10-12min walk away from a seaside so still in a fairly good location, many stores and places to eat are nearby. Hotel’s beach is very nice and in a walkable distance. The hotel itself has a nice inner garden with pools and there are many friendly cats inside the garden. The food variety is very good and tasty, the drink menu is more basic. The dining area itself and rooms are pretty basic but nothing really to complain about, everything looks like in the pictures, the beds were comfy and rooms were clean. The staff was also welcoming. Totally worth for the price and good place to stay if you wish to go outside the hotel anyways (beach, old town, tours etc).
The dining and entertainment area’s overall look and furniture could use a renewal. Be aware that the hotel is very near to a big mosque, the first calling is already early in the morning.

Umutcan Mutlu on reception was great, when we had a problem with our room he upgraded us to a better room & let us have late check out free of charge. He messaged me the first day to see if everything was ok.
The food was good & the free transfer to the beach was great. The rooms were cleaned every day & towels regularly.
The staff in the restaurant could have been friendly, one particular member of staff ask us to move when no one was sitting at the table & made me feel very uncomfortable,

Got what we paid for and had no issues with the room or the facilities. Was better in price and stay for previous stays at more highly rated star hotels. Staff were very friendly, spoke multiple languages are were amazing with my 3 year old son

Ok for an overnight stay. Small pools for the potential number of guests. Staff pleasant. Room was very comfortable, air conditioning was fabulous with a 15 min walk to the beach.

"The place delivers what you expect for a lower price compared to other hotels nearby. As a plus, they have a small market in front of the reception, with various drinks as well as snacks."
