This is a lovely place to stay, right next to a park and only a short walk to the Cathedral and shopping areas. The garden apartment we had was nicely furnished and generally quiet. Having a private patio and garden was lovely.
The smaller bedroom off the lounge suffers from damp. The hosts did everything to try and air it out including locating a dehumidifier there but at night, if the doors are closed, it very quickly smells of damp and mould. If the people in the second bedroom are happy to sleep with all the doors and windows open (meaning no one else can put lights on in the lounge or living area at the same time) it is fine, but if the bedroom doors have to be shut at night, the damp smell is a problem. The main bedroom is very nice though, so if the second bedroom doesn’t need to be occupied I would rate this location as a 10 and not a 9.

Great location. Comfortable bed and couch. Kitchen well equipped. Host was responsive to issues with gate code and extra tax payment.
Second shower was ultra tiny. Please add the city tax to the room rate and not place the burden of paying the tax as a separate transaction on the guest.

The proximity to the cathedral and other places. Nice garden and had all the facilities.
The way the rooms were configured. One was tiny and not very comfortable for two people. The hot water unit was noisy at night.
