The staff were very nice, the room was ok. The only major downside was that the curtains didn't have any nets, and since you can't control the a/c without asking. I feel that nets were needed

The room is very big. The owners are very lovely people, always make you to feel welcome. Help me with a little late checking, it was grate too.
It would be appreciated if a kettle were provided in the room and if the pool operating hours were extended until 8:00 PM, as was previously the case

The staff in the early morning was so very helpful to me. I appreciate everything that she did for me. I came from Canada and I was totally lost. I don’t know what I would’ve done without her. She was so kind, compassionate, and willing to help help me.
Everything was good.
