The place is quite spacious and has a decent sea view from the sea view room that we booked. The balcony was useful to sit out and have coffee or get some sun in the morning. It well located and a short walk away from the caldera rim. Staff was very helpful with everything. They gave excellent suggestions on transport and things to do!! Apartment was clean and well maintained.. Our ferry was delayed . They were kindly kept our bags and allowedus to use the toilets and shower and office to pack our bags.!!!
The layout of the bathroom and kitchen is not good.Very small counterspace in kitchen and the access to the basin is obstructed by a pillar. The commode in the toilet is in a small space between the shower and wall and its a tight squeeze!! They were not able to give us a room with a double bed so had to make do with 2 single beds pushed together.

Pool great, love the fresco artwork, pool towels available. Room good, great balcony views of sunrise and evening lights to the east. Bathroom good, plenty hot water, room cleaned and tidied daily. Kitchen: provided washing up liquid and sponge, kitchen roll, cloth, drainer. Reception staff all very lovely, super helpful and clear check in instructions, cleaning staff friendly and helpful.
Kitchen: would have liked 2-ring hob, better frying pan (it sticks) and cooking tools, scissors, can opener. Sauna was not working when we stayed.

Clean and secure. Reasonable size room for Europe.
Situated adjacent to a very noisy road - beware!
We arrived in Santorini at 0800, and Erato would NOT allow us to leave our bags at their large reception area or indeed anywhere on their property until 3pm check in time. NOT happy!
