We needed somewhere to stay when our flight home was cancelled late at night .. the staff were extremely helpful getting us checked in the early hours of the morning. It was a comfortable hotel ideally located near a metro line

The hotel is conveniently close by vehicle to Oporto International Airport. The hotel is well-designed with a spacious foyer & large rooms. The staff were helpful & friendly.
The a/c worked, but like most hotels in Europe, pretty ineffective when the outside temperatures are high.

I arrived very late at night - after midnight. The man in the hotel reception was very helpful. When I had trouble with the first room I got, I was given a larger room on a higher floor.
The toilet didn't flush in the first room I was assigned.
