We have stay at this hotel a number of times when we are transitting DOH airport. As soon as we pulled up out side the porter came to the taxi and greated us and help with our luggage . The lady on the desk acknowledge us by Name and said that she had been waiting for us. She understoond that we required the room quickly and was prepared and checkin was very smooth and quick , she met all our requests ( non smoking and two rooms on the same floor )
I have to say the Buffet lunch was brilliant for choice and price. Rasa the waiter went the extra mile and was very attentive and making sure that we were pleased with the buffet.
checkin out was also great and was greated by the young lady on reception that had checked us in from the last trip and was very professional and advised us that there was a shuttle bus available for our transport back to the airport
I beleive strongly that a good working team makes a hotel special and one that you will return back to.
the room met all our needs

Everything was truly wonderful; before I even entered the hotel, a staff member immediately came over to help carry my suitcases to the room, and the reception staff were simply excellent. They quickly arranged for early check-in and late check-out and were consistently extremely polite. The room was cleaned daily, towels were changed, and an ample supply of water, coffee, and tea was provided; the beds were very comfortable. I am very grateful to the hotel staff!!!
The only minor downside was the breakfast: there was hardly any fruit, the selection of vegetables and fresh pastries—such as za'atar bread, manakish, or sweet - were limited.

Proximity to the airport. The staff were friendly.
Facilities are quite old. The bathroom does not look good. The pressure from the shower head was also quite low. You do not enjoy the shower. The toilet bowl is disgusting. They need to either really clean it or bleach it.
