The property was located an easy walk from the ferry dock. The room I was in overlooked the action on the bustling street by day an absolutely silent at night. The opposite side of the hotel was on the beach side. Rooms above that side must have had a fabulous view of the illuminated Torii gate and harbour lights. The hotels’ amenities were top notch. I particularly liked the pristine large room with wooden and tatami mat flooring, the large soaker tub and products, the coffee/tea supplied en suite; entry by passcode; onsen; lounge with snacks and assorted beverages and soft drinks all gratis; wide assortment of breakfast buffet. The staff were so gracious and helpful. (Special thanks to Nozomi and Haruki).
The hot breakfast dishes were barely warm by 9:30 a.m. and the lounge area lacked charm in its decor.

Amazing customer staff on arrival - great people nothing was too much trouble
The smell of the diesel generator next to the balcony whilst eating breakfast on the balcony you breathed in fumes through the breakfast when on the verandah.

Excellent service and location, amazing restaurant and facilities. A great place to relax and recharge.
I thought the breakfast was decent but could have been better eg if the hotel was able to prepare eggs to order or if there was also salmon services cold especially for people who don’t eat meat.

Nice hotel with very nice facilities - the best hotel to stay in Miyajima. The rooms are spacious and the stuff is great! They gave us many usefull recommedation and tips about the area.
The dinner was not the best that we had in Japan but descent.
