The hotel was in a fantastic location, making it really convenient to explore Rome. Our room had a comfortable bed, great air conditioning and a very spacious bathroom. The hotel also had a unique design and plenty of character, which we really liked. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Although the lift was tiny, we appreciated having one to get our luggage up to our room!
The hotel was showing a few signs of wear and tear and could benefit from some minor maintenance. For example, the showerheads had some calcium build-up, which affected the water spray. Nothing major, but a little attention to these details would improve the overall experience.

Excellent location
The room was not clean (feet black from floors with no slippers provided. Room not sound proof, the front of house staff not friendly - they were begrudgingly helpful when approached
