Facility around accomodation is great. Clean and beds were very comfortable.
Some FF&E are aged and needs refurb.
The decking needs urgent attention.
There wasn’t accessible plug points at the headboard.

spacious room, spa great and affordable ... loved the swimming pool and played and padel social and did some driving range shots with a borrow driver... was great...
food menu limiting... took to long to get swimming pool towels to the room after requesting... maybe a cabinet with swimming pool towels by the pool would be great... watering services really slow both Friday afternoon and Saturday evening . please offer to package guest food when they ask for take aways, especially if the food is oily and has gravy

Nothing
The property has noticeably deteriorated compared to previous years, and it is evident that it is not being properly maintained. The overall condition of the facilities is disappointing, with drawers and bathroom doors that do not close properly. The food was of very poor quality and far below expectations.
To make matters worse, we encountered cockroaches in the room and spiderwebs, which raises serious concerns about cleanliness and hygiene.
It is truly disappointing to see a property that once offered a pleasant experience decline to this extent. Management urgently needs to prioritise maintenance, cleanliness, and the overall quality of service to restore the standards guests previously enjoyed.
