Location, Sea facing very cooperative staff especially Evona and her companion.
Because of no elevator, carrying our Big bags to the 2nd floor (although upgraded without cost)

Great location, just a short walk, bus or taxi (MonteGO app) from Kotor. We also caught a bus to Tivat one day.
Staff service was below what we are used to in other European destinations. For example we went into the restaurant for dinner one evening, waited more than 5 minutes but saw no staff. We went to reception to ask if the restaurant was open, they said it was. We returned to the restaurant, waited over 5 minutes and then decided to hunt for a member of staff. Suddenly then we found 2 hiding in another room.

The hotel was located by the Adriatic sea which was beautiful. However, the room was small, and the shower area even smaller. The upkeep of the room was much to be desired, marked walls and a torn bedsheet. The WC was far too close to the sink and you had to manouver yourself to sit on the toilet seat. Staff were friendly even though they gave us conflicting feedback about billing.
Small toilet, upkeep of room.
