Everything.
The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, advising us of different places to visit.
They stored our luggage as we arrived early.
Our room was upgraded to an amazing suite with a spa bath, which was a lovely surprise.
We didn’t manage to try out the pool or the breakfast as we had to leave early but they kindly gave us a take out breakfast.
We loved the complimentary pisco sour in the bar.
Nothing.

Great location, nothing overly special but a great place to clean up after being in the mountains

Property was centrally located, clean, and comfortable. The staff let us check in to our room earlier despite us reaching before the given check in time, which was great too.

Good location
Breakfast left a lot to be desired, staff were unpleasant at check in, bathroom felt grungy and dirty (particularly the bath tub)
