Location is great. Parking is a little tight but we were able to get some. Staff are very friendly and polite and the cleanliness of whole hotel is excellent. General seating areas are lovely and comfortable spaces.

Our room was at the front of the hotel and it was nosy at night and also we could hear music from the downstairs cafe each morning. Our bathroom door would not close without a lot of difficulty (the door handle is in an awkward position and there was no hot water in our bathroom sink. Bar menu options were a little poor and we did not feel enticed to eat here.

The room was small, dingy and stuffy. We did not sleep well which is, after all, the purpose of staying.
