Staff, location, room is good
Water from the shower area can overflow/splash outside and make the bathroom floor wet.

The location of the apartment was exelent—just a few steps from the metro station, making it quick and easy to reach the city center. The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. Everything was very clean and tidy, with room cleaning and fresh bed linen provided every day. Highly recommended!
The only bad thing is the hairdryer, which is a bit weak, so it takes longer to dry your hair.

Location was great. Staff were lovely. Very clean and room was cleaned daily with fresh towels
Property in the photos make it look a lot more modern but it’s not.

The hotel is in a very good location, with a metro station just a 2-minute walk away and within easy reach of the Opéra Garnier and Galeries Lafayette. The breakfast was very good, and the reception staff were polite. The room was more comfortable and spacious than it appeared in the photos and than we expected based on the reviews we had read.
One of the main reasons we chose this hotel was that air conditioning was advertised as being available in every room. However, when we arrived, we discovered that the hotel has a central air-conditioning system which was not working, and there were already two fans in our room. Despite our repeated complaints, during our 6-night stay the air conditioning only worked for the first 2 days. The temperature in the room was unbearable. Every time we complained at reception, we were told that they would call a technician, but the problem was never fixed. After hearing the same promises for days with no solution, we felt that we were simply being misled.
