Located accross the street from train station, close to cemter and points to see
It is old hotel and even though the room is renewed, the reception, hallway, restaurant, bathrooms are visibly outdated, with damage on some walls and old piping.

Good breakfast. Selection ok but some good items like local pastries and fresh pressed orange juice. Location is convenient, about 10min by foot to the old town.
Hard to park. Parking garage far from hotel and you need to borrow a physical key to access your car.

While the rooms weren't big, they were very comfortable and well-equipped, with a fridge, air-con and opening windows with a view over to the station. Excellent location for exploring Angers (with a blue-line walk) which we found most interesting. Reception gentleman was brilliant. Breakfast was outstanding (and included). Lots of eateries around the station, our chosen one was slightly like a factory, with staff like automatons. We really enjoyed our short time in Angers.
The 15-minute parking outside was a joke! And a coffee at the "local" was expensely expensive!!

Historic building with a restaurant next door. Lovely breakfast room.
We had bikes and I do NOT recommend staying here. The staff were not helpful and we had to schlep our bikes 2 blocks away and up into a parkade and then a locker with a very heavy and squeaky door.
Being so close to the train station it was very busy and noisy.
