Stayed many times and always enjoyed the stay. Staff are lovely and it is very dog friendly as in, dogs are allowed in all parts of the hotel including restaurants. Rooms are lovely and clean and they have a great secure car park.
There was nothing to dislike. It’s a lovely place to stay.

The rooms we stayed in were a great size and were well set out. The lift made moving our bags to and from our room very easy. The hotel is easily accessible by tram from the train station and close to the automobile museum. Breakfast was available at a reasonable price and had a range of food.

Staff were very friendly and impressively multi-lingual - English, German and French spoken at the check-in desk while we were there! The breakfast buffet was excellent. Conveniently located, very central and with private parking (we were on a road trip so this was important).
The hotel was much larger than we anticipated! It was a little tired in places. We booked a family room, with four beds, so it was very functional but the bathroom was outdated - a corner bath with shower in the bath and no shower curtain, not ideal! We were only there for x1 night so it didn't matter so much and I did see some of the other rooms - not facing the main road like ours - had balconies and looked delightful!
