Spacious rooms, comfortable bed, coffee machine, view over river, plenty of places 10 mins walk away for breakfast and dinner
The lighting in the room wasn’t good. Design over function. No plug in sink.Expensive breakfast, smokers outside main entrance and lots of steps at entrance - very mobility unfriendly, only one lift working

Great value, good location, staff spoken to were friendly, was able to leave luggage, roof top view, room was nice
Elevator, there was only one lift in service so it was busy and a bit slow, was a known issue but still a bit frustrating l

Clean rooms, comfortable beds and pillows.
Very slow elevators, no sink in the bathroom, but in the bedroom itself instead.

Only location
I could not have breakfast because it was so crowded
And during our stay, one of the elevators did not work; it was so chaotic.
