The location of the hotel is optimal, it's close to bus stops ,parking space restaurants, supermarket and siegburg city center.
The small shower heads are a downer !! Too regulated to enjoy a shower! Reception lady La**** was unfriendly.

This is my second stay at this hotel and it's still a favourite of mine in Northern Germany.
The rooms are basic but clean, warm (or cool depending on the season) with lots of space.
It's work checking if the restaurant is open ahead of staying, I missed it this time but last time it was very good.
Cracking breakfast!
Nothing, it was exactly what I paid for.

The bedroom was very big and spacious … they also have an inside swimming pool that was big and warm, also a swimming pool for kids, very nice!
The bedroom was not clean for the 2 days that we were there, so we missed clean towels.

We stayed in a family comfort room, which was huge and clean with a comfy bed. The big swimming pools were right next door and kids loved it. The hotel staff is friendly but feels like they are either understaffed or not very attentive (this is for the restaurant part).
The night we stayed they had “night swimming” in the pool area next door which played loud music until midnight. We had to close the windows to get our kids to sleep but room has no air conditioning. Our room was also next to elevator which wasn’t great as you hear it in the room. Restaurant for dinner was okay, some dishes are heavily overpriced for what they are, eg my wife had a rice bowl which was hardly anything. The bathroom in the room appeared luxuries but the shower head was bad, hardly anything pressure. Hotel overall appeared nice but had so many shortcomings. Wouldn’t stay there again for the price we payed. We also complained about the night swimming noise but no compensation offered.
