The hotel is simple but comfortable and very clean. Hardwood floors in the rooms. Breakfast was a nice buffet. The breakfast room was modern and had an outside patio for eating as well. Several reviews said that the construction site next door was bothersome. But my room looked directly out to the construction and I couldn't really hear the work with my window closed.
The only thing I would say is that the main stairway carpet was worn. I asked at the desk and the staff person said that the carpeting was already slated for replacement.

Good location, comfortable and nice room, good breakfast, pleasent staff.
I guess someone smoked before in the room so when I walked in there was still a smell. Even after airing the room, I still smelled it. For me, who don't smoke it was upseting. However, the room was nit, comfortable and clean.
