The location was great. 5 min walk to the cathedral. Manuel on the desk was excellent. Very helpful and friendly. Really good guy.
Was good to have the motorcycle parking garage which was a 2 min walk away but again, is expensive.
The room was very expensive for what it was and was tiny. The bathroom was a good size but the bed was small and the mattress uncomfortable /old. Dipped in the middle.

Excellent location and everything was clean.

The room was very spacious and clean, with a fridge and a kettle. The bed was also very comfortable and wide
There were a few things we didn’t like:
1. Although the room was cleaned every day, the towels weren’t changed. On one occasion, we found a clump of hair on a towel that appeared to be fresh after cleaning.
2. There were only two cups in the room, and the staff wouldn’t provide another pair for our morning coffee. They were generally pleasant, but not very helpful when we asked for things.
3. The hotel was somewhat far from the centre, about a 15–20 minute walk, and farther from some other places we wanted to visit.

The staff is very friendly, especially the night shift. The wifi speed is very fast. The room is clean and tidy.
I had booked the hotel a month in advance but was still placed in the only room located between the stairwell and the elevator which was extremely noisy. The surrounding free parking was a hazard and one had to be extremely careful as it was very easy to get fined. The street where the hotel was located was undergoing construction and there was a lot of dust and debris outside.
