The staff was very professional and helpful in the hotel, breakfast, pool and all around the property.
The hotel has a great view and bedrooms are very clean. The beds are also very comfortable

The lady at the front desk (and everyone else too) was so nice when we checked in and out. It was super clean & I loved the styled and choices they made. Whoever is their cleaning staff is doing a really good job. I never like the cleanliness of hotels but I like this one. It is in a good and safe location with a parking lot. They help with luggage if you need it and collected us in the dark and pouring rain after coming from the airport which was really a great welcome after stressful long flights and stormy weather. Also breakfast was very good. The balcony and in room chair was very comfortable as was the bed to me. The shower had good water pressure. The coffee and provided things in the room were super clean and nice. We had Ala carte dinner and that was nice too. The view from our room was great. I didn’t use the pool or gym so I can’t comment on those. I really liked the view and plants:trees around the hotel. Perfect start to the holiday! Would stay longer next time.
There is no ocean access directly but there are many places to go by the water nearby. The pool wasn’t heated and so in this cold October the only thing I can think of is if you were going swimming there was no drying rack in the balcony for swimsuits but maybe they provide it in the summer.it was not possible to go in (no one was using).

Everything was OK, the receptionist was very kind and speaks a good English, calm and clear. The breakfast is huge!
The shower was very hot and it’s not near the beach.

Excellent views. Great location. Spacious room. Very friendly staff.
The bed mattress was very uncomfortable. It needs replacement. We've addressed a security issue with our door, and wasn't resolved. Meal wise, breakfast was basic with very limited choises and dinner was overpriced for what was offered. Limited selection on salads and main courses. Not good value for a 4 star hotel.
