Good location, comfortable, helpful staff, good variety of food and drink at breakfast. We enjoyed having hot and cold water available.
Many restaurants and lunch counters close by.
Easy to walk to the galleries.
We caught a bus to Piazza Michelangelo which was also easy to do.
10 minute walk to a self serve laundry.
It would have been nice to have a small fridge and kettle in the room.

The location is very convenient—right next to the main train station, opposite to the tram stop for the airport, and an easy 15-minute walk to the historic center. The hotel had an elevator, the room was spacious and the bed was comfortable.
The bathroom could use some improvements: water pressure in the shower was low, and there was very little storage/shelf space. Service at the front desk was inconsistent; while some staff members were very friendly, others seemed annoyed when answering simple questions. Breakfast was acceptable, but repetitive—the quality of the bread and pastries could be better, and it lacked fresh fruit options.

We liked the location as it was close to site-seeing.
Breakfast was convenient time and a nice variety of foods.
It would be nice if there was a ramp to enter the hotel. It is only steps and with heavy luggage it is a bit difficult.
