Im sure the hotel looked great when it was built, but it looks like an outdated ski lodge now. It needs some TLC. The bathroom was small, but with a good shower. The bedroom was an internal cublicle with slidng doors inside a larger room with a small kitchen/dining area, with 2 sofa beds. No aircon, and it was quite hot and stuffy with no windows. The patio doors could be opened onto a small balcony devoid of security.
It had the feel of a typical old ski lodge where families stayed to ski, and to exist cheaply when not skiing. breakfast was adequate, continental with a small area with scrambled eggs and bacon. The location was great for a group motorcycle tour of the major Dolomite passes so we didnt spend much time in the hotel.
Good garage parking, altough security limited to a small, easily accessible lifting barrier.
Nothing 'bad' about the place, its a functional hotel/ski lodge that is probably great for a family ski trip on a budget.
