Location is perfect. 20 min bus ride to Florence, yet far enough away from crowds. Nice room with a good view of Florence from the elevated position. Great breakfast. All staff were helpful. Quiet & bed was v comfortable. Great black out blinds in room kept room cool & aided sleep. I didn’t eat at the Michelin restaurant, but saw some of the portrait meals that were served. Looked appetising but may dent your wallet a tad… Elizabeth v kindly gave my partner a 50th birthday raspberry tart unannounced that tasted fabulous.I would be happy to stay again. Thanks to all the staff for a great stay.
Patchy wi fi & no gym. Would stay again if I returned to Florence.

All the staff were exceptional in their attention to detail, approachability and good humour. The views are stunning and the room is beautiful.
We had dinner at the restaurant and the food was incredible, looking down on to the lights of Florence. The sommelier was very knowledgeable regarding the wines in the huge wine list. All in all 10 out of 10
