The property was absolutely pristine. The food was delicious. The grounds were so lush and well kept.
The only thing that was a drawback for us was the process for booking hibachi. We wish that could be done in advance or at check in. I didn’t like wasting precious vacation time at concierge. We had to keep going to concierge in the mornings at 10am to try to get reservations (sure couldn’t even always get anyone on the phone for long periods of time and then we kept getting offered 9:30 pm day after day until our last day. We were a group of 6. Improving this process would’ve made our experience a bit better.

The food at this hotel was wonderful, we loved that evening meals are all à la carte and that you do not have to pre book.
That you could not sit in the beach without paying for a sunbed/ cabana. I don’t object to paying for a cabana, but we chose this hotel because it was on the beach and I expected to be able to use it.
The main pool is very noisy and full of Americans pushing their drinks around on floats!
The pool water was very warm, almost as if it’s heated so it was not a good way to cool off in the heat.
