Sehr freundliches Personal

We really liked the location and the peaceful environment around the property. It has a nice natural setting and also a small playground, which is very good for families traveling with children. The breakfast area was cozy, and we also appreciated that coffee, hot chocolate, and other warm drinks were available throughout the day. Free parking was another big plus.
What stood out the most was the kindness and helpfulness of the staff and owners. They were very welcoming and always ready to help us with anything we needed. For example, we only asked for an electric kettle so we could prepare milk for our son, but they also kindly gave us coffee, which we really appreciated. When we arrived late one evening and there was no parking space left, they allowed us to park in front of their garage, which was also very thoughtful. They also helped us with the internet and anything else we needed during our stay. The room was clean, and overall we felt very comfortable and well looked after.
The main issue for us was the mattresses, especially the bunk bed used for the children. It was quite noisy and not very comfortable, which made it difficult to sleep well. Every movement caused noise, so this may be something worth improving for families staying with children. The main double bed was acceptable, but overall the sleeping comfort could be better.
