Super close to the marina and loads of restaurants. The breakfast was good, hot option of boiled eggs and plenty of cakes breads and cereals. Coffee machine
There are stairs to each floor and no lift ! This was fine for us but if you struggle may not be.

Very centralized, close to port and shops and bars and restaurants
Very noisy until late in the evening, in September. Quit warm when windows closed, noisy when windows open.
