We booked two apartments for seven family members, having stayed here before. We were very happy with everything and were pleasantly surprised by the welcoming snacks on arrival, very generous. The cleaning staff and desk team were helpful and friendly and the pool area was much appreciated after a day out in the humidity. Our location in Bencoolen suited us all, local food was literally on our doorstep and the MRT was only 5 minutes walk away. We recommend this property to family groups or friends travelling together, it has everything.
The wi fi didn't work outside the room, eg at the pool area. Had to remember to reconnect, but that was OK.

The location excellent. The cleaning lady excellent. The staff good. For an apartment it was adequate and staff responsive to any requests.
Exactly 2 plates, cups etc. Had to ask for anything else. No information in the room about the location. No milk etc No dishwasher (for an apartment) or dishwashing liquid supplied. On long travels so in comparison quite stingy.

The Space, the Pool, the Staff
Is a Little Dates but didn’t bother me as much at the end of my Trip. I was sad to leave once it was time to do so.
