Amazing facilities, amazing staff especially mohammed who made me feel welcome instantly.besides one very very rude bar tender who works the evening / night shift, But other than that an amazing hotel. Clean , good location and the spa is one of the best I’ve seen in Barcelona

The hotel was good, it wasn’t in the center area but the transportation was good, the rooms were clean and comfortable.
I didn’t test any of the amenities nor the restaurant so I don’t have an opinion on that.
I’m English speaking and at times the staff would speak in Spanish or Catalonic in front of me and look at me and it was obvious they were speaking about me. I had written confirmation that the room had breakfast included and it was paid in full and I was informed there was no breakfast - and we had to pay extra for city taxes and etc. The hotel wasn’t very polite - I’m disappointed to be honest cause in my last visit I was so happy with my stay at this hotel.
Also, in our last stay we were two people and we had a bigger room than this time around when we were three.
Also they need to do something about noise cancellation, the noise from the room next door and the hallway was heard at Al theme.
