Front desk is staffed 24 hours; the personnel were friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was small but not tiny; the shower was spacious and the water was hot. The location is superb, literally just steps away from the Plaza Mayor.

Location, price and room was cleaned every day
The entire hotel, including the room, was freezing. The heating units were lukewarm and tiny for a room of that size. The temperature was almost freezing, like being on the street. We were shivering every night.
