Updated rooms were modern and comfortable and we had the family room and it was huge! Wonderful size to fit everyone and our luggage comfortably! BIG bed was a plus! Much more space than the big chain budget hotels for a family of three. Lovely staff and great breakfast too.
Even though the bathroom had been renovated and was modern and spacious, and still had a bathtub (bonus!), the shower head was tiny! It was smaller than the palm of my hand (5'2'' woman)! Even I had to lean nearly onto the wall to get under the flow to wash! Easy, easy fix -please switch out the shower head!

For me the location was perfect, the food was nice, parking is easy and the room was comfortable. Due to an error in booking the receptionist (Courtney) was extremely accommodating and solved the issue.
