Exceptionally clean! Good breakfast ordered the previous evening. Just needed to toast my own bread to go with eggs. Lovely friendly welcome by the owner. My room was up two floors so will try one lower level next time. View was great though. And good value for the area. Owner helped with luggage too! Lost my parking space when I went out later, but found space just round the corner as directed.
Only quibble is loo felt a bit close to sink. Not bad enough to reduce score and never seen pipes so clean underneath!

This B&B was superb. Was met by dave the owner. A very friendly man and a great host. I arrived on a motorbike and dave let me put it in his personal garage which was very nice of him. Room was cosy with everything required for a nice stay. Breakfast was very nice. All in all a lovely night spent

Dave was an excellent host, and obviously runs a very tight ship for quality and cleanliness.
The breakfast was excellent, with plenty of choices.
To be fair, this is really my fault. Dave offered me a twin room on the 2nd floor, or a double room on the 3rd floor, and I opted for the 3rd floor. It was higher and with more steps to climb than I realised - but the views of the promenade and coast were terrific.

Location had a beautiful view over the bay.
Parking was a bit difficult, had to drive about looking for a space. Website offers free parking, very misleading, it’s really a case of finding somewhere on the busy promenade or adjoining streets.
