Staff very friendly and helpfull. Great location. And very calm views. We had a lke view room. Very efficient. We had an issue with the Aircond and they immediately responded and fixed it.Great place for a relaxed and chill vacation

The location and the room for deluxe premium is comfortable and spacious.
The walkway from the hotel to the grand ballroom. Very bad condition and very hard for the wheelchair bound. Please upgrade the lift area. The condition is so bad.
