the pool, and the location was amazing
breakfast could have been better. Orange juice had been watered down, for example.

I especially liked the service and attention from the staff/receptionist who made me feel comfortable after a long day of travelling by train (and train delays). Thanks to Mrs Serda and my upgraded room, all the stress was forgotten.
Well done Novotel, and the very Attentive and Helpful Staff! Keep up the Excellent job! :-)

Great central location and very relaxed, clean and attentive staff.
Problems with the shower- blocking up and hairdryer did not work. The curtains had missing hooks so looked a little shabby.
