Having a BBQ. Nice pool. Large area outside. Aircon was brilliant. Good size living space. Loved that we had bread, milk, butter, jam, tea, coffee, dishwasher tabs all provided for us when we arrived.
Only 1 key for all them doors. Could have done with some seating upstairs on the roof terrace. Beds a bit hard. Didn’t like that you had to pay an extra €15 per day to heat the pool that we’ve already paid for.

Absolutely spotless, fully equipped with everything you’d need, supermarket 10min walk away, taxis easy to get and very inexpensive, no car hire required if staying around Playa Blanca centre and Marina Rubicon, 24hr reception very helpful, lovely quiet neighbourhood and privacy in the pool area, nothing overlooking, lots of great restaurants nearby, will definitely be back!
Nothing!

Villa is a good size in a quiet location
Pool is a good size
Comfortable lounge area
Outside pool area is a great balance
Top deck is good but needs furniture to make it a useful space, maybe some wind protection as well
Location - peaceful not overlooked. 25-30mins to town, 40mins to marina. €4-5 trip back
Welcome pack was a nice thought
Room lighting is poor in 2nd room
You only get one key to open every door in the villa.
Pool not cleaned
Not enough cups, glasses and cutlery
Showers need a refresh
Aircon did not work in the lounge. After 3 attempts to fix, I didn't want a maintenance visit for our remaining 4 days.
Driveway entrance is very tight even for a small car, people parking on roads outside make getting into the drive even more challenging
