The bed & location
Too hot, electric plugs not enough & not compatible, although I had the conversion. Had to go to lobby to get key for safe which should be given on arrival. Did not get a cup of coffee & sandwich as I was promised on departure day & was told to get it at the airport (very disappointed)

The breakfast buffet was consistently excellent, and the bed was comfortable.
The location is extremely noisy - at the intersection of 3 busy streets. I had only one dinner there, and the food was not good. I had one lunch there and while the salmon was good, the service was exceptionally slow. Also, they had the heat on even though the temperature was in the 70s (Fahrenheit). The front desk advised me to turn it off, but the heat could not be fully turned off. Even in the "off" position, the climate control unit put out heat. If I opened the window, the traffic noise was extreme, and the auto exhaust was not pleasant to breathe. If I closed it, the room was too hot.
