Great location, gorgeous facilities, eager staff. They're really trying their best and I believe they'll get better with time.
It feels like this place is really new? Staff seems eager but undertrained and nervous. We were out for the day, and our door was left completely open after it was cleaned. Breakfast is an awkward set up. The restaurant on site was very slow and gave us a raw burger. For the cost, I expect a more well oiled machine.
That said - this isn't a bad place to stay, just expect some growing pains.

The location is phenomenal, offering breathtaking views. The staff were amazing and made the stay more enjoyable.
However, the quality of the hotel falls far short of the price point. For the same cost, the Rio Serrano next door offers 10x the quality of accommodation.
