Overall it is clean and well decorated and maintained. For overnight stay it is fine. Except for the morning staff who didn’t open the door to let me drop my luggage right away the rest of the staff are friendly.
Can’t see sky, and no natural light comes through. All you see are three walls surrounding you. It won’t be comfortable if you stay indoors during the day.

We felt completely comfortable and very well looked after throughout our stay. It was particularly reassuring to know that someone was always present in the entrance area during the night and available if we needed anything. The access code also worked perfectly and made entering the accommodation very easy and convenient.
The room was spacious enough for three people, very well maintained and exceptionally clean. We particularly appreciated the shower with consistently hot water and excellent water pressure, as well as the reliable air conditioning. With the very high temperatures during our stay, the air conditioning was truly a lifesaver.
We could also rely on the staff for any other questions. Everything was handled quickly, kindly and with great helpfulness. You can really tell that the well-being of the guests is important here.
We were also very impressed by how quiet the accommodation was. Despite there being other guests, we never heard any noise from them. Our room was wonderfully peaceful and therefore perfect for relaxing.
We also really liked the location. The accommodation is situated in a lovely, rather quiet neighbourhood, while at the same time there are plenty of charming bars and restaurants nearby. It is an ideal base for exploring Paris.
As we regularly travel to Paris, we have now become “repeat offenders” :-) and have grown particularly fond of this accommodation. It was already our 2nd stay and we will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Paris and can recommend it without hesitation!

Was clean , close to metro train .
Our reservation was for 4 days, but after 2 days we asked for clean towels and were told that towel replacement is only provided for stays longer than 5 days. We found this disappointing, as clean towels during a 4-day stay should be standard.
Also, only 4 coffee capsules were provided for the entire 4-day stay, and when we asked for more, they were not replenished. Basic amenities like towels and coffee should be adequate for the length of the stay.
Overall, this made the experience less comfortable than expected.
