This is a hidden gem beneath an old tower and castle. It is a lovely wayside hotel and restaurant. The rooms are simple comfortable and spotless. The food is traditional, local and delicious and the service by Nonna‘s delightful. It is the sort of place you look for, but never find. If you’re traveling between Rome and the south do stop in for a night and a meal - you will not be disappointed.
