The location
Breakfast was very poor. The only eggs served were only boiled. No cheese no spreads of any kind.

Location. Easy to get to anywhere by metro, train station, bus and walking Ximen shopping district.
Walls wallpaper looks older as well as the furniture from cafeteria.

Location is ok. The Twin Room we stayed is quite spacious.
We stayed in a twin room, but there was only one chair, so the other person had nowhere to sit.
There was also only one bedside table, so the other person had nowhere to put anything by the bed.
A 4-star hotel removed a picture frame from the wall, leaving two holes on it – an incomprehensible act.
A 4-star hotel in Taipei should be equipped with international standard convenience, but the electrical outlets in the room are actually Taiwanese versions, which is unbelievable.
There were no power socket by the bed, and very few power outlets in the room. Those exist outlets were inconveniently placed. This is not convenience.
The English proficiency of the front desk staffs have room of improvement.
