Check in lady (Cherry) made my whole stay. She’s absolutely the best - very friendly, attentive and helpful. She made me feel welcome, easily the best staff I’ve ever had a pleasure to interact with. Yes, rooms are very small but they are clean, with ac, fan and hairdryer. The hostel also provides shampoo, gel, slippers and towel. Booking a stay in Chungking Mansion is definitely not a experience for anybody so research before you book! Finding an office is a little bit complicated, just pass the money exchange and find right elevator (look for specific block, there are signs hanged from the feeling and in the walls).
