The location of this hotel is good, it's right beside the flamingo lake and a 5 minute walk to nearly everything in town (restaurants, mini markets etc).
The rooms are as they are shown in the pictures and are clean with everything you need.
There is a kitchen but we didn't use it except for our shelf in the fridge for water.
The staff are very helpful and helped us when we had a slight problem getting cash as the islands only ATM was out of service (western union operates out of some shops).
The house cats were a bonus for me, but wouldn't be in your way if you didn't like them.
Not a bad thing but be aware they don't take card for payment.

It was very clean with a nice kitchen to use. It was only a short walk (10 mins) to the centre/beach, and the area was nice and quiet behind the flamingo lake.
N/A all was nice :)

Location good and room was nice and large!
The kitchen had very nice potential however we stayed for 4 nights and noticed the cooking appliances were being left used and unclean. We ended up messaging management on the 2nd night to flag this, however nothing was done and the rice cooker was used and left dirty every day! Which was unpleasant!!
