I like the location, it is near the establishment like SM Lanang, the park, and the airport
The aircon is not cool enough, and the wifi connection is low

The room was clean, comfy, and within expectations.
We have to check out early because ia dead. I cannot order thru grab. Staff was not able to do an extra mile to lend me type c charger. Her reason was, there was no provisioned charger for the customer to use. Totally get that, but when I tried to buy cup noodles, there was no cutlery available. She wasn't even apologetic about it. She just stated it like as matter of factly and that I should deal with it. I initially thought there were teaspoons provided in the room as there were mugs. If I would buy instant coffee, I will not be able to stir it. What an inconvenience.
This was a sudden check in, just to get away from a monotony of the house but the experience was not that good as the hotel lacked the provision of logical cutlery and the folks lacked extra mile and warmth.
I am not to be dissatisfied with simple matters, but I do get disappointed when it is utmostly needed. It was unholy hours and kindness thru extra mile could have been demonstrated.
