Good location, friendly, informal, cosy.
Nothing really.

I've stayed here many times, the room is comfortable. Although it's not very spacious but comfortable enough for a solo traveller.
The hotel always charged some wrong extra money and it took them ages to find the manager , approve and refund to me due to their "complicated system". This is the only thing that i find annoying with them.

Although location is near a busy road their was hardly any noise on the stunning Mountain View side
Very clean quirky modern hotel with very friendly knowledgeable staff

The location was good and very scenic surrounding. The breakfast was decent and liked by kids. There was some kids entertainment. The staff was helpful and parking is safe.
The dinner menu was far too expensive and would not recommend a dinner as there was nothing unique about it.The family room has limited headroom.
