Vila Castelo Parque

Sizeable apartment, quiet, nice terrace, fully equipped kitchen, garage, close to the beach, close to amenities. Comfortable bedroom, good mattresses. Enough storage. Aircon is sophisticated to control, but works well once you get the hang of it. It's worth reading the short instruction about the central control unit. We arrived at 1am, the system for entering out of hours was pretty good. We asked if we can find some cold beer on arrival, staff put a few bottles in our fridge, which we paid later at the pool bar. We also found milk, water, tea. Pool bar is nice, we had great cappuccino, friendly service. We requested late check out, which was arranged without extra charge.

Really steep stairs to our apartment, not a problem per se, but people with mobility issues should be aware. The garage is quite tight to park, smaller cars recommended. Would be nice to leave a few coffee tabs for the first morning, even if you charge for them. All else was provided, including milk, but the coffee machine is quite specific.

Beautifully furnished apartment in a peaceful location close to the beach.

The apartment and complex as a whole were all excellent. Staff very helpful and friendly.
