Eine geschmackvoll eingerichtete , sehr saubere und wunderschöne Wohnung mit DER Dachterrasse schlechthin! Zugang mittels Code; leider haben wir MariaLena nicht persönlich kennengelernt. Der Kontakt über Telefon bzw. WhatsApp war jedoch sehr angenehm. Ich hatte erwähnt, dass dieser 2-tägige Aufenthalt mein Geburtstagsgeschenk an meine Mutter ist und beim Öffnen des Kühlschrankes hat es mir die Sprache verschlagen.... MariaLena hatte sich das gemerkt und so stand im Kühlschrank eine Geburtstagstorte!!!! Ich kann es gar nicht oft genug sagen...Danke, Danke, Danke dafür !!! In der Wohnung kann man sich nur wohl fühlen; es ist wirklich an alles gedacht. Sogar eine Badetasche, aus der man sich Badezubehör nehmen konnte, gab es. In der Küche fehlte es auch an nichts; Teebeutel und Kaffekapseln liegen bereit wie auch Saft und Wasser im Kühlschrank.
Auf der Dachterrasse gibt es neben Tisch und Stühlen auch noch 2 Liegestühle. Von hier oben kann man das Treiben an der Windmühle oder auch die Flieger am Himmel beobachten. Der Weitblick bis zur Festung ist - gerade abends- sensationell.
Nachts ist es erstaunlich ruhig....wenn man die Fenster schließt, hört man von der Straße nichts mehr. Fußläufig gibt es mehrere Tavernen, einen Minimarket und natürlich direkt über die Straße Bademöglichkeit ;-) Die Bushaltestelle ist auch direkt vor der Tür. Wir sind mit dem Auto angereist und haben gleich vis-a-vis einen Parkplatz gefunden.

Gerne wäre auch das Geburtstagskind noch länger geblieben, aber wir wurden im Norden der Insel erwartet.

Great location . In the bay but close to a bus stop for a 3 min ride to town and lots of local restaurants just outside .
Especially welcome was the sun umbrella. Beach towels and mats .
The host was fabulous and offered lots of advice for getting around . Also the cleaner came in every other day which was great . Fresh towels weee lovely and air conditioning very good
Hard to find any fault - maybe the stairs might be tricky for some but we didn’t have any issues

Very well appointed, large, cozy home with beautiful views of the sea. Great location too. The home had everything we could possibly need and even more. This showed me we need to do better with our own rental properties, up ours to Garitsa standards. There are nice restaurants across the street, and the walk to Corfu center is lovely along a beautiful bayside promenade.

WiFi is on the weak side. Still, television worked fine!
